Welcome to my practice!

 I earned my medical degree from Christian Medical College in Vellore, India, and then trained in the United Kingdom, obtaining the membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP) certification. During my training as Specialist Registrar in Gastroenterology, I moved to the USA and repeated my internship and residency in internal medicine at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. I completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Missouri in Columbia then did another fellowship in advanced endoscopy from the Center for Interventional Endoscopy in Orlando, Florida, graduating in 2016.

I am board certified in gastroenterology and a member of the Royal College of Physicians. Having trained in 3 countries across 3 continents, I take pride in following the humanistic values espoused by my alma mater and my teachers.

I set up Cypress Signature Gastroenterology for very specific reasons. One, I wanted to care for my patients the way I wanted to. Two, I wanted to wake up and be happy to come to work with people that I like and in a place that I love. Three, like everything in life, I wanted a dynamic practice that evolves to as close to perfection as possible.  For clarity, I define perfection as a practice that is rooted in humanism and empathy, works to the betterment of the population it serves, makes healthcare as simple as possible and executes our vision and values with efficiency and integrity.
